hacking on ark 👀 there is actual code. only a month old. The protocol is orders of magnitude simpler than lightning and doesn’t require inbound. Exciting times ahead.

yes we suspect that when you get back to damus the relays are disconnected, so when you click continue to create the user account it just fails to send the contact list to relays and then the account gets bugged. We are going to fix this. Thanks for confirming!

Yes the minute this is working I’m 100% onboard to just pushing everyone to mutiny and having really good integration in damus for that. I just want a no fuss integration that just works and has nice ux.

Almost done nip50 search support in nostrdb, so you can create search feeds in notedeck/android. Which relays support this? I tried nostr.band but it seems to close the connection when I try. Any others?
As a workaround in notedeck you can just create a global network filter and nostrdb can build a local search feed from that. Not ideal but works if you’re trying to watch for specific words coming from relays.
It’s one of those subtle things where it shouldn’t have broke us but it did. Nothing wrong on your end.

Was wild that she revealed her source to this in this podcast. I put a higher probability to this than actual aliens. I doubt advanced aliens would come all this way and be dumb enough to crash on the planet.
