get low, get low (get low)…
I was talking about tap water but bottled water’s its own topic.
The prob with private companies seeking water is you often don’t know where it comes from.
I’d stick to mineral waters where they tell you the source (then need to research that source).
The other thing is water in plastic is no bueno.
Get a glass bottle or two and store your filtered/remineralized water in that.
If your water’s from a public source, filter and remineralize it.

That’s a genetic gift in itself as you age. You’ll be happy it’s hard to put on weight when you’re older.
If it’s a challenge now, add more fuel. Protein and calories are your friend as long as you’re working out.
That def counts.
Add some lunges or sprints (especially up hill or stairs) and that’s even better.
Agreed.

Alternate squats one day (with upper body push day) and deadlifts the next (with upper body pull day). Calves every day and sometimes other stuff thrown in if I feel good.
One day per week: kettle bell swings, jump rope, and/or a long hike
I read an article a f ew years ago that challenged the myth that legs need to heal from workouts and suggested that daily leg workouts are good for the rest of the body, hormones, etc.
People are supposed to be on their feet every day.
So many people would have been woken up in the middle of the night last night for 777777 😂
