Today was the most nuts game, we were losing 5-3 and had a player sent off. This is normally certain defeat, yet some how we managed to pull two goals back and get a draw.

Meanwhile, our rivals for the league were winning 1-0 and conceded a goal at the death. From looking like they would gain three points on us, we remained on level points. So we are four points clear.

If we win the league again, we will be only the third side in the history of English football to win three leagues in a row, nobody has done four.

Tomorrow our women play Norwich. The women are also top of the league, if they win it that will be back to back promotions.

Football is nuts, it throws the most crazy scenarios at you…but here in Bedford something special is happening.

That being said I think Bitcoin might appreciate more in its value but it being the most valuable thing, I'm not sure.

Market Cap, or per coin?

It could be but we're years away from that.

Savings give you liquidity.

Stocks give you income, and yield from value produced.

Bonds give you stable, safe, reliable, & guaranteed returns.

Metals are a hedge against inflation.

Bitcoin is difficult to liquidate, it doesn't add new economic value, It is not backed by The Full Faith, and Trust of The United States Government, and its not a tangible assets.

These are simply facts, Bitcoin is a great tool for digital payments as Peer 2 Peer Digital Cash, and I have used it as such but I think its price is currently driven by Speculation, and Greater Fool theory.

Bitcoin's price, and utility should be as cash, if it fails its role as digital cash then it has no value, Bitcoin is not Digital Gold.

I have spending, saving, and retirement Bitcoin, and other cryptos as well alongside fiat assets so I have proper exposure, and I am protected against volatility, corrections, and asset failure.

You should have a diversified portfolio though.

Nothing in life is guaranteed.

Almost all the chatter on crypto twitter is about meme coins now.

Basically the narratives ran out and reached their final, most transparent form.

Bitcoin doesn’t belong to any one person. But there are plenty who will try to take ownership of it. Why would you try to make it easier for them? Some narratives sound good on face value, but they are empty and designed to trick you into relinquishing your ability to decide the future of bitcoin.

In this techno-dystopian landscape, we must all become cypherpunks. Both online and in the physical. I do not believe that knowing how to code is necessary, nor sufficient to see the mission to completion. We need a philosophy to guide us.

The narratives lately have been lacking a cohesive philosophical line. So many drunk on short-term power trips and NGU gains. But these are short-term and will not win in the long run.

I will fight for the bitcoin that empowers the many over the few. Privacy for the weak. Freedom to transact for the vulnerable. A way out for those who want it, but for a more free, sustainable, and egalitarian future, not oligarchic enslavement.
