Day 10 ✅
Today wasn’t bad. It was just the right amount of busy to distract me. I had tons of protein, lots of good exercise, and great quality time with my family. Integrating a kettlebell into my workouts keep things interesting. There are so many new exercises to learn. I can see my discipline improving, but I still hear that voice telling me I’ll mess it up and have to start over. Proving it wrong is some amazing #motivation.

Red Snapper is what I’m holding in the picture. It is a white fish and makes for some great eating. It’s very popular down there.
I like #fishing and was fortunate enough to do some deep sea fishing last time I made it down to #Destin. (LOVE that area by the way). My son and I managed to catch some red snapper, but they were out of season and we had to toss them back.

I really enjoy my #kayak. It’s a great way to get away from everything. I highly recommend it. Also, if you’re into #fishing, you can get to those spots people stuck to the land can’t.

That’s incredible. My sister in law got into running years ago and does a marathon every weekend. I don’t see how people do that!
