There are two kinds of bitcoiners:

One wakes up and cooks a steak in his stainless steel pan while listening to pump it up.

One wakes up and cooks a steak in his cast iron pan while listening to creed.

One debates on X on stock to flow vs power law.

One debates on nostr on the ideal UTXO size.

These two will never be friends

If you have to hide behind pseudo-intellectual jargon to make your point, you probably don’t have a very strong argument.

The ability to explain simply and clearly is a sign that you actually understand what you’re talking about.

Big words often mask small ideas.

This is especially true when it comes to the topics of money and economics.

Scenario:

- individual US states / Cities/ Counties start putting Bitcoin on their balance sheet

- Fed Govt does not

- Bitcoiners and Bitcoin companies move to those states

- battles ensue: first in legislature, courts, executive branches (orders)

- battle could be contained in the political realm, not physical for “awhile”

- by the time the FED GOVT tries to enforce something the resources and popular inertia is too great and the Civil War is short-lived and one sided

What I tell people the scariest part about bitcoin is how deadly addictive it is when you finally understand it
