I am an average degenerate of above-average degeneracy. My links: https://redlegion.org/about/

So I ran Qubes for months mostly as a learning exercise, and BRUH... I didn't even have hardware virtualization. It was PAIN.

Okay, I've spent some time digging, and honestly you're right. I really should go with a System76 machine. I'm probably going to snag one of their desktops.

No joke though, if Asahi Linux positions itself as a super stable and solid option I might have to dump MacOS as the daily driver.

I'm always trying to collect input and experiences with dry herb vapes, I love using a dry herb vape as my primary means to smoke. Makes me an outcast in a circle of people who prefer dabs.

Man, Cortex A72 is netbook territory. I might not need all the muscle under the hood of M1, but it sure feels nice to use on the daily.

I will if I can find a competitively positioned arm laptop that has decent Linux drivers available. ๐Ÿซก

Ah, yeah, I don't think people are happy about the Damus situation. I think they're overly fond of Apple phones. I never understood it. My employer forces me to carry an iPhone, but I barely use it. Apple can suck a dick, to be honest. They're not as great as people say, and this Damus controversy is only going to weaken people's opinion of Apple.

They're coming, what we need to do is talk about it and show that we're excited for the promise that an open architecture brings. Risc-V has massive potential, it's just going to take a push to get it off the ground.

On chain, yes, but doesn't lightning essentially negate all the traceability and accounting that you would otherwise have with on-chain transactions?

I have a OG Jams by kindpen, Pax 3, and a random dry herb vape by Yocan I think. Personally, I think kindpen fucking killed it with the OG Jams, but I also really want to grab a Mighty+. Do you have a Mighty?

Nice. That the only piece of kit you've used, or just the best one you've owned?
