This isn’t good at all and probably one of the most significant developments of the year. This archive holds the history of the internet. Without it, that history can change to suit any agenda or narrative. With the way things are going, centralised entities are going to be targeted hard over the next few years. Like many others who attended, I struggle to put into words the impact of last week’s Global Bitcoin Summit. I do my fighting from behind a keyboard, or in a suit, but we heard during the event from some of the bravest, most resilient, and most indefatigable people that I’ve ever had the privilege to meet in person. People who had literally survived genocide, escaped from totalitarian nations, or endured torture as political prisoners, and yet who had never given up hope.
I’ve returned to the UK inspired - both full of gratitude for having experienced the summit, and invigorated to continue the fight for financial freedom here.

It discusses what options are available to the UK government, what all of this means for UK citizens long-term and more importantly, what can each of us do about it all.
This is pitched more to a UK audience who aren’t that familiar with concepts of debt on a national scale and fiat currency. Whilst I would like to go full on Bitcoin maxi, a lot of the people that read this newsletter have been inundated with FUD about Bitcoin for years so I’ve gone for the light approach in this article.
