nostr:npub1rpes5hhk6mxun5ddt5kecxfm8y3xdr0h5jwal32mc6mxafr48hxsaj2et2 are you going to be styling with a pair of loafers this fall? If so, which and what will you wear with them? You have an awesome style!

Of course we’re going guys!! I LOVE Bitcoin Park šŸ˜ and hanging with you cool people there would make my year!

Yes! No one in, no one out ā˜ ļø

Yes!! They are physically elite! They survived all the criticism

I watched it go down to 55,6, almost boughtšŸ™ƒ then remembered I’m still in the 40-something club. HMU if you’re interested šŸ’°

Still ridin that keto train. So far it’s paying off. My cravings and weight are down. My energy is stable. I’m drinking less coffee ā˜•ļø

One of the biggest PSYOPS was last fall when they said, ā€œskinny jeans are not in style.ā€ I’m glad I did not buy five pairs of wide-leg jeans bc now they’re saying skinny jeans are back!! Anyone who has eyes can see that ladies with nice backsides and thighs DO NOT belong in wide-legs everyday…

The Oura ring has been accurate so far. I woke up feeling like shit yesterday. It recognized my elevated temp, HR, and poor sleep. There’s been many other days that the way I felt was reflected in my ā€œreadinessā€ score. I think it’s worth the extra bucks if you want to monitor more details or are trying to improve a particular aspect of your health…like sleep. It provides more insight on overall wellbeing than an Applewatch or Fitbit.

It monitors heart rate, respiration rate, temp, steps, sleep cycles, stress, readiness, best time to sleep, sleep v rest balance, menstrual cycle

Day 1 of trying this ā€œOura Ring.ā€ Heritage size 8 silver. I’m interested to see how accurate it is.

My summer had me standing under too many balloon arches, in front of all the arched backgrounds…I’m over it! I’m finally done for the year.

Is 69 the current price prediction? Maybe by next Thursday.

Facebook pics are so inauthentic. I’m glad I grew up in an era where we printed pics of people doing everyday activities…sometimes when they didn’t realize.
