The simplest dinner possible

I ate some raw beef liver today, and it was much easier to eat than cooked liver.

2 burger patties

2 chicken patties with cheese

35 gram of beef liver

yesterday fried non-fat chunks of beef

some butter

50ml of fat cream

and turkish coffee

it’s 18th day under the meat sun

it’s still easy to follow, and changes are great

the one I like the most is that it forces you to cook almost everything, and how simple food becomes

today i skipped breakfast and here is my very late lunch

price for all about 7$

preparation time 1 hours (buying food)

cooking 15 minutes

eating 25 minutes

4 burger parties

4 boiled eggs

2 small chicken patties with cheese

and sauce (fat cream, water, cheddar)

some butter

nothing new under the moon (day 17th of carnivore diet)

today breakfast:

5 raw eggs

lunch:

4 boiled eggs

4 beef burger

sauce (25 gram of cheddar 50 ml of fat cream, some butter)

I don't do it yet myself as I just started that journey, I buy it at from local farmers, next step is definitely making it my self, Ill share I for and process in future )

But today I asked a friend she has a burger cafe and she agreed to sell patties to me

Late breakfast:

yesterday’s sauce (fat cream + cheese)

Benefits I've found so far:

- Cooking and meal preparation are very simple and easy to maintain.

- After some adaptation, it's actually quite cheap.

- Taste becomes secondary, which feels like a powerful feature. I naturally prioritize quality over taste and spend less time cooking.

- While it's hard to say if the diet directly heals the body, compared to other diets I've followed successfully, the biggest advantage of the carnivore diet is that I almost never feel hungry. I don’t wait for meals or feel the need to snack.

- I naturally fast for 12-20 hours most days without even trying because I simply don’t feel the urge to eat as much, while still feeling good and productive

not sure if it really helped, but it’s the only thing I changed during last 14 days

The main issue was that I was sweating excessively. While it wasn’t particularly noticeable during daily activities, I would end up completely drenched in sweat, even during the warm-up when exercising.

It was very uncomfortable, but after just six days on the carnivore diet, I noticed that I started sweating about 70% less.

After almost a year of medical tests and theories without any success, I was feeling frustrated and decided to give it a try. Since I was already eating about 75-85% carnivore, it wasn’t too difficult to fully commit to the diet

All I understand was that I need just eat a lot in the beginning no matter what and it helped

This video represents the essence of my training and understanding of how my body works.

It may seem simple—just a two-second sprint—but it took a lot of hard work to reach this point.
