Thanks! What do you mean by resistance exercise? I almost don't do any cardio. I train about 4-5 times per week: twice in the gym and twice on the stadium doing explosive plyometrics.

It’s the 13th day, it’s getting boring to talk about it, because the diet is so simple, it’s just good food that you eat.

I feel full almost all the time.

Yesterday, I ate only once.

Today, I cooked poached eggs for the first time.

Since I started drinking raw eggs, I’ve noticed less and less desire to cook them.

The carnivore diet is very simple in terms of taste, and I think that’s a good thing—it’s more than enough.

It’s also shifting my perspective on food. You start eating just to live, not for pleasure.

The earth is spinning

The carnivore is eating

Before/after

I didn't know that fat fish is a lot

Very Easy Recipe

100 ml of 33% heavy cream

100 grams of cheddar cheese

After cooking the steak, I use the same pan to make the sauce. I add the cream and cheddar to the pan and stir until the cheese melts. Done!

Today is a very simple day.

It's the 11th day of my carnivore diet, and I only had dinner. Surprisingly, it feels easy. The only time I think about other foods is when I haven’t eaten enough.

My main health issue has either disappeared or significantly reduced. It’s still too early to make conclusions, but I’m very happy with the progress.

For dinner, I had a dry-aged steak, five eggs, and a sauce. Earlier in the day, I also had coffee with heavy cream before training.

Incredible difference

I used quite the same before I bought a new one

I just felt everytime that something was missing

I'll try again later the same grill pan later just to watch what I can improve in cooking after my experience with steel pan

Actually it's the cheapest thermometer

you really don't need it after a while

It’s pure stainless steel.

I’ve been experimenting with cooking meat for a long time and bought a lot of different grills and air grills, but this $50 pan has finally ended my search for the perfect cooking tool.

All you need is the pan and a bit of practical thermodynamics. :)

It’s only my third day using it, but it’s surprisingly easy to work with—though it does take a bit of practice.

As you can see, I even managed to make a sauce!

Interesting, never thought about it

What to do

The carnivore diet the easiest diet in the world

Dinner (9th day):

8 eggs

2 Burger party

Some bacon

SAUCE (MADE IT MYSELF) just some parmesan water and fat cream

Late breakfast

Ribeye 400 gram

Some bacon

8 days lunch

Ribeye steak 400 gram

4 eggs fried

2 eggs raw

25 grams of parmesan

Sad me

Buying this pan has been one of the best purchases I've made in the last three years.

I’m finally getting the results I’ve been striving for all this time while practicing cooking.

Day 8 of the Carnivore Diet

Most of the time while following the carnivore diet, I feel very full.

It’s completely fine to have 10-15 hours between meals, so I usually eat twice a day.

Today, I skipped breakfast because I felt good and wasn’t very hungry. This made it about 16 hours since my last meal.

Today’s lunch menu:

4 burger patties (550 grams)

4 eggs

25 grams of Parmesan cheese

Ghee butter for cooking

Before and after photos

The earth is spinning

And I am having my dinner

Day 8

4 eggs

20 grams of parmesan

450 grams of filet mignon steak
