Simple lunch today.

Skipped breakfast.

For lunch:

- 0.5 kg of meat

- 350 g of full-fat cottage cheese with cream

- 5 home-raised eggs with cheese

- some butter (melted)

simple dinner of a simple man

for dinner today:

- 1kg of beef meat (each piece 0.5kg)

- 70g of butter

Late dinner,

but I ate a burger with 300 grams of meat and drank coffee with heavy cream.

Then I had a piece of sous-vide-style meat (the second photo shows approximately what it looks like before cooking).

For dinner:

- Burger (300 grams of meat)

- 900 grams of beef (sous-vide 59°C)

- A bit of butter for extra fat

Total for the day:

- 1900 grams of beef

- A little bit of bread from burger

- 4 eggs

- 100 grams of butter

бесят балы и эти приложения, их уже много и шума создает много, по правде начал отказываться везде от этих бонусов если оно через приложение или дополнительный шаг на кассе (продиктуйте телефон), только шум создает,

но в одном месте держат карточки, где каждый десятый напиток дают бесплатный

и там надо бумажку носить с собой, не скажу что лучший способ, чем просто перманентная скидка постоянным клиентам

A modest evening dinner of an ordinary person

While cooking my steak, I decided to add some cheese and a previously prepared sous vide piece. It turned out pretty well, but I still need more practice.

For dinner:

- 0.5 kg of dry-aged ribeye steak

- 0.5 kg of regular beef

- 100 g of halloumi cheese

- 40 g of butter

- Tea

Cottage cheese no longer fills me up, so I'll treat it as a dessert.

For breakfast, I have:

- 500g of meat

- 300g of full-fat cottage cheese with cream

- 30g of butter

- Tea

Stopped feeling full from cottage cheese and cream, hunger comes much faster if I eat it.

Craving meat more and more.

Also, after a lot of time spent cooking, I finally understood why steaks are probably the best everyday food available.

Today's modest dinner:

- 1 kg of delicious BBQ-style beef

- 50 g of butter

- Tea

I don't remember, but it's the coolest social protocol we have right now. I'm eager to see how it will evolve in the future and shape the internet.

I believe I developed cravings for butter and fat )

I might think about something when I’m very tired and haven’t eaten enough. For example, after a workout, I could crave a protein bar. Last time I was tired and hungry, I ate a fatty burger with a lot of meat.

I don’t completely miss vegetables and fruits.

Bought food for the week.

Got a new hobby—vacuum-sealing meat and learning to cook it sous-vide (second photo).

Today's purchases:

- 2 kg of full-fat cottage cheese

- 1 kg of heavy cream

- 40 eggs

- 3.5 kg of beef belly (beautiful marbled cuts)

- 3 kg of some other beef cut

- 1 kg of steaks from the same place to try their quality
