On the bright side I get to tell people I was born on a day that will live in infamy.
The best case one could make, and it would mean ignoring stuff like this, is that CINCPAC or at least ONI knew the US was actively intervening against Japanβs invasion of China and *didnβt* have the forces ready for something like this at anytime. Thatβs either arrogance, incompetence or wanted it to happen to give us an excuse. I lean more towards the last even without stuff like this being on the table.
Like everyone else is saying. By decree. If it really had value or was the right thing to do it wouldnβt have to be forced.
Oh yeah. It started with my dad and grandmother and expanded out from there. Shame. My grandmother went through it with her brother over the same piece of land actually. I thought sheβd have known better but apparently not.
Yeah my sister got involved because of an off hand comment to my uncle about having my dad come with her to pick up some stuff my grandmother wanted her to have. She didnβt know about what was going on between my dad and his brother. Sad all around.
Maybe. Both sides to the conflict are being irrational IMO. Sad part is the person that got the ball rolling died several years ago. Iβm about the only one that still gets along with both sides. Anyway theres ownership of probably a million dollars worth of land involved so I expect it to continue. I hope it doesnβt but weβll see. Money does funny things to people.
Iβll remember my MSB discount next time. Maybe. If I remember.

Cool. Iβll have to check this out. I have memories of the clan coming together to butcher a hog every autumn when I a kid. It stopped for some reason when I was 10-11. Iβm not sure why. I think maybe my granddadβs buddy from the lodge that raised the pigs for us died. We cooked the other one for the 4th of July every year. Iβd be willing to pay for the hog to get it going again but it seems unlikely given the feuding going on between relatives now. I guess Iβll just remember the good times.
To start it I mean. Not that we shouldnβt join them. Course a relate with the same name died of dysentery while riding with the 5th South Carolina Cavalry. All 5 of his brothers rode with the same outfit. The youngest riding up to Virginia to join. Presumably to be in the same unit as his older brothers. I really hope that sort if thing isnβt necessary again.
If they do I vote someone other than us in South Carolina this time. Last time we did it, it ainβt worked out so good.
I like lettuce but peas and most types of beans make me gag. Or they did 15 years ago the last time I ate them.
Officially made my first purchase of a product with crypto. Of course itβs food related. Canβt wait to try the seasoning from Renegade Butcher.
Tucker Carlson released his fist episode on Twitter, just about 10 minutes long. Telling the truth about the MSMs lies in regard to the damn issues in the Ukraine. It got 73 million views as of 10:30 CST today. That is about 22% of the entire population of the United States.
Don't think the truth doesn't matter, don't think millions don't want the truth. Stop wasting your time with people who close their ears and shriek when you speak the truth.

The tweet has that many views. The last number I saw on the video was 15 million with the tweet views being 63 million at the time time. Apparently you have to be on android to see the actual video views or something. Not sure why that is. https://twitter.com/ComicDaveSmith/status/1666438196710854656
Course Iβll have to pass it onto a classmate from high school because one of my other ancestors bought one of her ancestors at an auction in the early 1800s. π±
Speaking of race relations, I had an ancestor murdered by the Cherokee in a reprisal raid on the town I grew up outside of in 1760. A reprisal because some other colonists in a different part of the state attacked and murdered some Cherokee. Any chance I could get some casino money in reparations? I think thatβs how that works. Right?
Steaks. Pork chops. Burgers. Brisket. Taco meat.
A lion is safer in a cage then on the African plains, but a lion in a cage is a sad shadow of a lion. Fuck this cunt!

I wonder if this South Carolinian was slinging around tires in a tire factory while she was giving her speech.
