Yup they are for making the crack of cheese known as Mozzarela di bufala. I have 2 in milk that I need to start milking. 2 more are due soon. At the moment we have 12 #waterbuffalo total.

We got our first cows about Oct 2019 and slowly growing. Upto 17 moos, a mic of beef and dairy. 12 water buffalo. We used AI with the cows but recently got a brahma bull for future herd expansion.
