They work perfectly with GrapheneOS. Apps making special use of the displays such as Pixel Camera supporting flipping it around to use the superior rear cameras for selfies works fine.

You should put those numbers in context.
For instance U.S. milk imports into Canada are subject to a 7.5% tariff within established quotas and a 241% tariff plus a minimum of $34.50 per hectoliter for quantities exceeding those quotas.
Quotas are the center of any trade agreements. And it makes sense.
