Squash granola bars
285g cooked squash (I boil it for 12min and let it cool uncovered letting some moisture evaporate)
1 ripe banana
Mash in 100g of brown sugar
1/2 cup of toasted coconut
A handful of hemp hearts or other seeds/nuts
2 and 1/2 cup large flake oats
112g of melted coconut oil
Pinch of nutmeg dash of cinnamon
Mix and spread out on a parchment papered cookie sheet. It'll be wet dough like but spreadable. Cut lines into it to make the bar shapes. Cook at 325f for 15min and drop to 265f until getting slightly crispy on the edges. Might take 60 mins or more. Flipping the bars can help speed up Cook time but is a bit of a pain... enjoy

So Lea was looking for a venue for this year's Cypherpunk meetup. One owner was inquiring about what is cypherpunk and she gave a proper explanation. Turns out the owner was a bit afraid, we want to organize some kind of a punk concert.
Of course we are, so we sent them helpful photos from last year to see what kind of cool people are coming.
Venue TBC, but it looks good, probably will be much more fun than last year.
