I guess it’s a Nostradamus pun. Does that mean #[1] pronounces Nostr “nahs-truh?”
Yeah, I know. In defense of the “gay pride” slogan, it was invented in a time when homosexuality was widely viewed as something to feel ashamed of. (In some places, like Saudi Arabia, it still is.) “Gay unashamedness” probably wouldn’t have inspired as much courage.
I try to avoid zapping reposted content, but I’ve done so by mistake. I’m okay with zapping AI-generated art, if it’s good.
Leaving aside the irony and my disagreements with Bernie Sanders’ analysis of capitalism, what bothers me about this book’s title is that it encourages anger. The other NBC show that aired on the same night was Profiler, but it’s not streaming anywhere.
That seems like a frivolous reason to call the cops on someone.
I’ve been slowly rewatching The Pretender.
Is this something you’ve experienced semi-regularly?
I’ve taken 30-40 psychedelic trips (I stopped logging them at some point), about evenly distributed between LSD and psilocybin, once with ayahuasca. No flashbacks yet.
I thought #LSD flashbacks were a myth, but this Freethink article says they are real albeit rare. Includes quotes from those who have allegedly experienced them.
