Definitely a lot of wisdom packed in those books. I kind of try and re-listen to it every now and then to see if I can pull something new from it.

It's been a Marcus Aurelius in audiobook form kind of day.

I just noticed this feature on nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5, it notifies the user if the connected wallet is custodial.

Very cool!

Lol I hate it because all my "custodial wallets" are hosted by me. 😂

Lmao. I have zero interest on this person. It was just simply an observation.

So I'm not quite exactly sure how to phrase these feelings, but I'm going to try anyways.

I was at my local after work watering hole. Like I usually am on a Saturday. And I observed a dude looking around the place almost as much as I was, just kind of checking out the crowd and whatnot, but seemingly for different reasons. He looked like he was intently looking for someone or something.

I observed him hit on several of the servers there. Then I proceeded to watch him single out a female who was alone at the bar. I happened to know her or at least vaguely. She's friends with the people who work there. I think she was in on her day off grabbing dinner and a drink.

It seemed predatory the way he scanned the area singled out the one lone female and then proceeded to bother her as she was trying to finish her dinner.

Maybe my brain is wired weirdly, but this sort of predatory behavior seems inexcusable. What did he hope to gain? Did he really think that going and hitting on some random chick enjoying her dinner would make her lust after him so she would go home with him?

I know I am human, but there are certain aspects of human behavior that genuinely confuse the fuck out of me.

Are you trying to say that it's a horrible American bastardization of the salad? 😂

Nicoise salad. This was a ridiculous salad that I guess was popular in the 80s. Champagne vin, The mixture of cold potatoes with green beans, olives and tomatoes. A little bit of tuna and aoli on top with capers and an egg on this side. #foodstr

Time is so insanely subjective in kitchens. When I walked into the kitchen it was an utter hell hole and we were absolutely slammed to the gills and four hours went by without blinking. Now there's literally nobody here and I'm finishing up a batch of soup and in the half an hour I've needed to finish off the soup. It feels like five hours has gone by.

I picked it up in middle school and I've been playing it ever since. 😅

Legend of the five rings used to be pretty good and it wasn't overly complicated but now it's been bought and resold so many times that the game has gone to shit and it's actually no longer a trading card game.

It's pretty simplistic.

I'm a bigger fan of Magic the Gathering.
