it's so tempting with bitcoin to just set the minimum payment, and route the rest of the paycheck to bitcoin...
seems like cheating though, and i always feel like it gives me license to spend 10% more than i would if i had to pay the bill off.
i think i need to go back to the school of dave ramsey to curb some bad habits rn
or a dizzy bicyclist
so how to live to get around these. we need some hackers to figure out how to fly the swarms away
this is your racing vehicle, Jake, going downwind faster than the wind. just be careful cause you might go real fast!

congrats on trusting a friend. I feel like my intelligence doubles for everyone i trust.
if it lives up to its name, Matador, you'll have a winner. They are waving a red flag at a bitcoin bull.
There is a mention of one of their investors UTXO Management/BTC Inc planning an event with Microstrategy.
"Matador’s strategic investors include Hive Digital Technologies Ltd, Gold Fields Ltd, and UTXO Management/BTC Inc. which pioneered Bitcoin for Corporations in partnership with Microstrategy."
and the CEO states the following:
“Bitcoin is in the early days of an expansion from a store of value to a computing layer that powers markets and real world assets,” said Sunny Ray, President of Matador. “We believe that the new assets and companies built on top of Bitcoin have the potential to grow more quickly than Bitcoin itself.”
Microstrategy does seem to prove that right now.
i like competitions, so good luck!
My Grok subscription finally ran out and surprised me by how much i was using it to replace Google.
Google wouldn't answer political questions, financial questions, and just hallucinated weird answers to compound interest questions.
Google wouldn't even finish quoting me a poem about giving up volunteer work positions--I assume because the poem sounded grumpy.
Hoping Cyborg can replace Grok.
It makes sense to me that these things built on social media platform(xai, Cyborg) would be much more successful than one built into a search engine (Google).
Also this week I took a lengthy detailed post on different GPU processing info from a Nostr poster and Grok expanded it into an entire lesson on the topic.
Humans and LLMs working in tandem on Nostr.
Makes me feel warm and fuzzy about the future. Definitely not the Creole Pralines speaking.

Second thoughts at the apogee:
"uhoh, this might hurt my flippers"
Onboarding an in iPhone friend to Nostr.... Is Damus the client to use?

Hopefully there are Ohions, Louisianans,Alabamans in that jury.
I've seen them judge the sexy leg competition aboard the Norwegian cruise and they are quite fair
At this point I don't remember what the last all time high was. Maybe it will just be the 110,120,130 that I can remember now
I don't know if it was bought or collected but the basement with its pails of nails and oil bottles is a lot bigger than the sewing room.
Relatable as in you can't relate as a non addict or relatable as in "interesting"?
Hehe yes. Looks like you made a good find though.
Merry Christmas indeed. It's the first time I've ever watched a stock join an index and even know what that means or own some. So it does feel like an unusual Christmas countdown going on.
How people can be served by one lightning channel? Perhaps that works still for 8billion people?
Otherwise I would imagine banks would just resolve credits/debits at the end of the month of Satoshi balances.
Everytime I buy something with Bitcoin I wonder how am I going to track and report this. And I'm not even trying to evade taxes.
Is it gambling or risk tolerance. Speaking of gambling I was just trying to tell someone who was playing slot machines on a cruise ship to buy MSTR options instead.
I thought gambling was about making money. And if someone is going to gamble, they might have better odds and bigger payouts with MSTR options.
But for him gambling on slot machines was about clearing his mind. Something about the rolling numbers and symbols of the slot machines clears away all the existential worries of aging parents, unloving spouse, feeling stuck in life.
He doesn't want to win enough to report on taxes or lose too much either to make it worth reporting on taxes.
Your honesty is refreshing. I only kept what I have in retirement account because I was stubborn and didn't like some of the people who were saying that Michael's stock was toast when the ETF came out.
Even tho I believed them 😁. It only paid to be stubborn once in life and the rest is just hard knocks.
Yes. I also woke up to the idea that bridges are stealing people's experiences of swimming in rivers
