Bitcoin. Surgeon without borders.

What is your argument given marked increase in life expectancy for HeFH and HoFH?

It's great. Try this one first. Amazing.

Ninja Creami Dole Whip

Ingredients:

For the base:

1 cup fresh ripe, sweet pineapple chunks

1/3 cup pineapple juice concentrate or juice.

1/2 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk (from a can) ( or sweetened condensed coconut milk) whole foods)

1 small banana

1 – 2 teaspoons fresh-squeezed lime juice

Install the container in your Ninja Creami, set the half or full setting, then choose the “Lite Ice Cream” setting and press the button to start it. When done, check the consistency. If it is powdery, add a Tablespoon more coconut milk and Re-Spin. If it’s creamy, scoop it up and enjoy!

Step back and ask yourself why is btc:usd falling today…. $BTC

GM. Sats on Sale!

The recipe for rekt:

1. Convert $BTC to cbBTC and trigger capital gains tax

2. borrow against cbBTC

3. price dips $60k on black swan liquidating your collateral.

4. End up with no $BTC and still gotta pay Uncle Sam.

5. The next week $BTC rips to $200K leaving you sidelined. 🫠

A medical practice is the one service business where inflation cannot be passed on to the payor. Even though our expenses continue to rise (staff wages, rent, IT) we cannot simply charge more and recoup those costs like every other business.

We are hamstrung by Medicare and insurer contracts that have no interest on reimbursement keeping up with inflation (despite increasing premiums on patients)

I agree that a bitcoin standard can be a solution. Would love to opt out of all insurances and have patients pay a much lower fee in bitcoin than their deductible. A fee that is reasonable to both our practice and the patient. Unfortunately, that seems decades away at the moment.

I’ve long thought there is a massive opportunity for a startup to generate a national bitcoin health network where practices could opt in and payments and billing could be somewhat standardized as a localized fee schedule.

Your own or your family’s health may be one of the few instances where a pleb would willingly choose to part with a small portion of their bitcoin.

Always appreciate your content Dr. Jeff. Not sure if you’re back practicing, but keep up the strong work.

Was off nostr for awhile because I didn't understand the ux and it seemed too clunky. just downloaded primal and whoa! leveling up is an understatement. congrats and thanks for the intro nostr:npub1s5yq6wadwrxde4lhfs56gn64hwzuhnfa6r9mj476r5s4hkunzgzqrs6q7z and nostr:npub16c0nh3dnadzqpm76uctf5hqhe2lny344zsmpm6feee9p5rdxaa9q586nvr

For those looking at bitcoin purchases. @River vs @Strike. Both excellent platforms. One off comparison so YMMV.

$1500 #BTC  purchase.

River= 5.13m sats

Strike= 5.15m sats

Anyone know how to send btc on chain to strike. Only seems I can create an invoice. Just want to send an amount to my wallet, but can’t find a wallet address.

Full send. Stay humble with normies.

I was onboard with this too. A public private partnership seemed more plausible then our govt developing from scratch. But After the usdc depegged people will point to that as fact that it’s not suitable I think.

My wife and I were talking at dinner last night. She said she thinks bitcoin is a hobby for me. (I have a full time job , non bitcoin related). I don't think that sums it up. Just curious what is Bitcoin to most of you? A hobby? An ethos? A Religion? A way of life? If i think about how many years I've been orange pilled and its like whoa...time well spent, but still has been a good chunk of my life..

You can check on PayPal’s pay bill feature if your mortgage provider accepts PayPal. Surprisingly many do.
