They pled guilty, in my opinion, because this shit is never going to end and they will eventually run out of money. Idk what the term is called but I've seen this happen with gun cases. The state can have a lawsuit go on indefinitely. In the meantime, you sit in prison or on house arrest. You have no income or livelihood.
Classic moving the goalposts
You are better off
Let's ask the CEO of bitcoin
That is the point of fiat after all
Yea the key is how long you've been stacking. If there are few jobs left, then asset prices of things that you can't easily produce with AI will pump imo.
The kid looks like he is maybe 6 years old. It's not that long of an obsession haha
If these things play out in the worst possible scenario, then your bitcoin will be worth enough to retire off I think. Assuming that you've been stacking the whole time.
All that simping for politicians and this is the end result. Pathetic.
And this is why i think it’s foolish to assume bitcoin already won and that it’s a Trojan horse entering the government. It’s not lmao
The SDNY said that samourai wallet doesn't qualify as a money transmitter. This is your reminder that violent thieves who force you to obey their "laws" don't actually enforce justice. They do whatever it takes to maintain the status quo. If you do anything to challenge their power, they will come down on you hard. After over a year of bullshit, the samourai team recognized that these trials will go on endlessly until they've bankrupted themselves. They pled guilty to the "money transmitter charges" because it was their best shot at eventually being free again. And the government sent a clear message to the bitcoin community: stay in your lane.

I think it's time for nostr to have the big important debate: what is the best song to listen to while going number 2?
But who will build the roads?.. https://video.nostr.build/6813901938bd28f54289e67755dbe78ca494e5bb5caf65aefd1fbc44a6dd344b.mp4
