Highlighter of a Video calls a Nostr-native text extraction service via Data Vending Machines NIP (kind 68001) which replies with the transcript (kind 68002) and then is inserted into a regular highlight event (kind 9802) and shared as a kind 1 quote. ๐
Since the job result gets saved in the relay everyone can now use the same transcript.
Looks like on Amethyst it works or crashes depending on the phone. I think it's crashing Pixels. So, your profile now is not loading for many people
Zaps and reactions are gamification already. If implement well, we would use most of those features without even noticing.

Amethyst will now render NSFW content warnings in the specific content inside a post (unless the entire post is marked as NSFW), allowing the user to read the full text before pressing to view the rest. This will work for quoted posts and NIP-94 and NIP-95 images and videos.
- Adds content-warning toggle when sending images/videos.
- Toggle marks the media event (NIP-94 or NIP-95) as content-sensitive
- Change renderers in chat, communities, feed, and stores to show a warning before the image is displayed.

Zapgoals are a way to track fundraisers on nostr and can be linked to a live-stream, long-form article, badge, URL of the project or anything else.
You can create goals for yourself or for a group of people, allowing you to decide how much each beneficiary gets. ["k", "1"] means this list has kind 1 events.

We have cache. The cache itself reaches 1Gb of data without any images. :) It's a lot of data.
Many strategies are possible. The problem is time to work on it :)
I'm not a dev, but I suspect the differences may have to do with Amethyst being a mobile app, and Iris being web-based.

It's just the amount of things each app loads. Amethyst loads a TON of information when you visit each profile. It's all goes in memory. So, larger profiles will take more resources from the phone. Lots to optimize yet.
