Confession: I created a facebook page for a late-night chinese fast food takeout booth in Montreal's party district 12 years ago and I still own and manage the page. I was not able to find the owners of the shabby kiosk since leaving Canada during the lockdown.

Reposts and zaps are true value exchange…and have a real cost: your reputation or money.

Likes are superficial and exist only to inform an algorithm.

Relevance algorithms have their place, but they are best informed by a truly costly action.

I guess exercising 6 days in a row really affects recovery. My lowest recovery score yet. Going for day number 7 today 😁. Will rest Thursday!
