In short, autumn in Japan is very nice, but the climate nowadays is unpredictable.

FYI, this map shows the conditions of autumn leaves as of November 1st, last year. In areas you see red 🍁, you could enjoy beautiful scenery in mountains with getting cool weather , but not in Kyoto. (Forecasted as November 27.)

As you can see on Wikipedia, temperature in Tokyo is mild in October and getting chilly in November. I think it will be the most comfortable season with a proper outfit there. Kyoto is bit cooler but I don't think it's an issue.

October is bit cloudy in Honshu region because of an autumn rain front, however, not a rainy at all, no issue in my opinion.

If you prefer sight seeing in Kyoto with beautiful autumn leaves, the beginning of November will be a good timing. However, I have to warn your that Kyoto will be fill of tourists both from inside and outside of Japan. I would suggest booking transportations and a accommodations earlier.

Not sure I'm following you... miners sell as much as they need to cover costs, lets say that is 6btc per block.

Now the reward is 3.125, so naturally they would need to haggle harder to survive, they will request more from those that pay them in order to stay in business, some fail, supply falls and the typical buyers find themselves competing to buy from miners so the price goes up.

But right now, fees are high. This means that where a miner might get ~7btc per block, they now get ~10btc per block. They can continue to sell at the same price and remain competitive in the market and still save money for later too.

Eventually they'll start getting maybe ~4btc per block and they'll start using their reserves to remain competitive, then finally the crunch and the market as a whole realises that the value of bitcoin needs to go up to sustain mining and so it does.
