You can lead a horse to water, can't make it drink. Show a person some bitcoin can't make them think. Bitcoin devotee, not just on Sundays!

True. The dropout rate isn't something I had thought of. I always assumed nostr was pretty sticky cos it's damn good!! But global is a nightmare if you use the wrong client and don't know how to clean it up

I feel like I was getting more interaction with people when nostr was smaller and I had less followers.

Anyone think that bots on here are at the 20% mark or higher?

Guesses?

Lucky he can read his own handwriting and interpret. I was going to send you for a proctoscopy.

The site I want to subscribe to only uses credit card as a payment means. I want to use btc lightning.

Does anyone know away around this?

Similar

Same behaviour of all orgs when they get too big. They think they can get away with it, they try it on, then they eventually succeed andwmore fees become a part of our lives. But not us bitcoiners

Bullish

I def agree. V4V has a bright future

I would also say that time is another indicator of value exchange. Arguably more valuable than bitcoin in some cases. Sats also have the issue of relative 'value' to both the donor and receiver, ie a billionaire receiver may not value a 10k zap but the donor sees it as a reasonable sum of money. Does this mean the post is less valuable?

On the other hand time is more or less the same for all of us.

A well thought out response indicates the person has spent time on engaging and this is also very valuable. I love sats but feel like an artist for example might value someone really admiring and discussing their work versus a 20 dollar donation in the box. Not a hard and fast rule, just a consideration

Just my 2 sats
