I think relays should be handling encrypted data only and not touch my data. I think that all content controls should be at client. I think that load management and scalability does not require you to look at my data. I think that once the power to censor is created it will be abused. I wish federated identity and notes had been a core design consideration.
None of it matters though. In the end centralizing is easier so that's what will happen.

yo just a tip on getting more people to talk to on nostr. If you follow a few hundred people not at random but not picky then follow their conversations and jump in then you will start picking up followeres. If you have no followers then no one will see your posts. only your replies in threads.
