Wow that one looks amazing. Especially since it looks like an ASIC haha
You're spittin facts π
Which one did you get?
I use the Mito Pro 300+ for the infrared and near infrared light. I notice the energy boost for about an hour after using it. Even longer if I pair it with my UVB panel.
Helps so much in the winter βοΈ
5 things I've benefitted from the most this past year:
1. Red light Therapy β Helped a lot with stubborn injuries and low energy levels in the winter.
2. UVB Light Therapy β Pairs well with my red light panel to mimic sunlight. Raises my vitamin D during winter months.
3. Shower Filter β Filters out a lot of harsh chemicals that used to dry my hair and skin out. Now I step out not feeling ashy π
4. Seafood β I've ignored seafood for years. My mistake. The omega 3s and vitamin D in wild caught salmon, sardines, and cod liver oil got me feeling great. Gill yeah!
5. Magnesium Glycinate β Melts stress away and makes it easier to fall asleep.
I'm a huge fan of experimenting with tech and foods to optimize my health.
What's worked for you guys?
For my jiujitsu folks. You can always improve your wrestling, even without a partner.

Lots of folks think grappling injuries are setbacks.
They're really opportunities.
Since I'm dealing with an elbow injury right now, I decided to talk through how I'm approaching it and what I've learned through 20 years of grappling.

Made my first long-form note via Highlighter!
I kept getting a 402 error when I tried uploading a cover image. Not sure why π .
But it's cool to see how easy it is to write long-form on nostr now. Highlighter is awesome.

Anyone know of a good devhut?
Aka something I can setup outside to sit at, get sunlight, and protect me from any rain/snow?
Some sort of screened igloo with a table comes to mind when I think of a devhut lol
Which one do you guys like more https://youtube.com/shorts/Z26gpgMPqkk ?
"Lack of exposure of bare skin to sunshine is not the only biological consequence of modern life for which we must compensate; we must also return to the nutrient-rich foods on which our ancestors thrived and of which modernity has disposed: the fats and organs of animals raised on the pasture of mineral-rich soil, foods preserved by traditional fermentation rather than modern refrigeration, and the mineral-rich gifts of the oceans in which life originated."

I've learned I really enjoy short-form interviews. Going to play around with these more
I've had friends over to train jiujitsu a lot recently. I was wondering what grappling has done for their lives and decided to ask with a camera on.
Here's the first of a few interviews!
Absolutely bonkers NCAA wrestling tourney this year. Inspired to get after it!
