Sometimes just letting things go in conversation is so much better. Arguing is pointless most of the time. If someone has their mind made up, you’re not going to change their mind by arguing and making them feel stupid. Very few people are curious about other truths. I spent way too much time trying to orange pill people with little success. You can’t make someone curious about money and freedom. They have to already be looking for answers. This is why I don’t really think you can orange pill someone. Sure you can introduce them to Bitcoin and Bitcoin resources. But you can’t force them to take the orange pill. You can’t make them comprehend the information. You can’t make them listen to hundreds of podcasts and read Bitcoin books. A lot of the time, people are not ready or never will be. If they are ready, they’ll look for and find the answers themselves. All you have to do is point them in the right direction. Doing more than that is unnecessary and might be counterproductive.

I am beginning to think that we can cure almost any human ailment with:

- Sunlight Exposure

- Sleep

- Herbal Teas & Medicine

It's entirely possible that we don't need a large healthcare or pharmaceutical industry AT ALL. Of course emergency rooms and surgery would still be important and available. But a lot of our public health issues could probably be solved with dead simple, inexpensive fixes.

Of course, it always comes down to the habits and willpower of every individual, but when I compare my experience with the healthcare system in the US compared with open source healing knowledge online, it is striking how much better I feel following the decentralized health information.

I hope to NEVER take another prescription drug again. There seem to be herbal remedies to almost everything. Failing that, there's getting tons of sun and tons of sleep. Two of natures greatest healers for the human body and mind. So dead simple, yet incredibly effective. And getting off the damn blue lit screens at the same time.

Along with decentralizing money and communications, I believe one of the biggest movements we can undertake going forward is decentralizing health and medicine. Life can get so much better for so many people if we let health and medicine flourish outside the fiat system.

There has been some construction on the road of a bridge near me at night for the past few nights. They shut down a lane and alter traffic. I was curious what they were doing so I asked them on my walk tonight.

They are grinding up the surface of the road and putting down a silt-like, rocky covering on the road. The purpose? To prevent freezing and to prepare for snow.

The guys nervously laughed and said, “Gotta spend that money somehow.” I figured it is a program meant to give people jobs, but man is it depressing for two reasons:

1. My tax dollars are being wasted

2. The people working these jobs know that they’re doing soulless, meaningless, wasteful work. I could see it in both their eyes.

I always roll my eyes when I hear “billionaires are unethical and shouldn’t exist.”

The problem is not that billionaires exist.
