My book draft finished its second extensive edit.

Next week I'll be working on my final edit, now that it's gone through two editors.

If there were to be a book about money in all its forms (past, present, and future), what subjects would you want covered that you currently feel are under-covered by existing monetary books (including bitcoin books)?

How bitcoin can be used without the need for electronic devices in some communities- printed out bearer instruments that serve as cash within the community- thinking fedimint ecash tokens here.

Full circle back to local paper, but easily verifiable by a device holder.

i luv croissants as much as the next guy but it always blows my mind how many people start their day with some form of (often sweet) bread.

For me it only leads to hunger and energy swings.

It ruins my day.

I was really looking forward to speaking at and attending the Miami Bitcoin conference. I had a lot of great events lined up, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be able to attend anymore.

I was excited to announce ack.vc and start telling folks what #[0] and I are up to with ACK Capital (accepting LPs who are interested in getting exposure to early stage bitcoin, Nostr & p2p web/bitcoin adjacent startups.)

However, my mother-in-law was just diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia out of nowhere and she is starting chemotherapy tomorrow.

Everyone’s holding up good so far, but my heart is telling me to stay home.

So I’m going to have to forego the event and make sure I’m there to support my wife & daughter though this emotional time.

If anyone has any suggestions of podcasts or books I can go through to help my wife and daughter process the roller coaster of blood cancer, I’d appreciate some resources that helped you.

Hey Brad, this is the way. Family always means sacrifice. But in doing so, you grow stronger, and your heart is at peace. Tough to miss the gathering, but the love and the joy of giving will be the reward.
