Continuing with the ongoing controversy regarding #surrogacy in #Spain 🇪🇦, #UnidasPodemos 🟣 propose persecuting users of surrogacy services, even if that service was provided in foreign soil (such as the #US 🇺🇲, as it is the case in Obregón's case).
What form would this persecution take? Would Podemos imprison the new fathers as they return? Force a return of the newborn to the surrogate mother, who ostensibly does not want it? Force the child into state custody?
It's madness, in my opinion.

If you consider yourself a citizen of the world you might be interested in #Esperanto, a constructed language that places native English speakers on equal footing with the rest of the world (plus, it's infinitely more accessible than any natural language).

The most recent controversy in #Spain revolves around #surrogacy. Ana Obregón, at 68 years of age, has become a mother through surrogacy, which is banned under Spanish law.
Leftist comentators are arguing that she essentially trafficked withha human being through the exploitation of a poor woman, which is doubly ironic as one of the pro-abortion chants is "Nosotras parimos, nosotras decidimos" ("We give birth, we decide").
Apparently you can decide, but you are only allowed to decide what they want.
