Futo Keyboard for myself. It's relative new but works quite well. It requires no internet and has the option to import llm models to do ai text to speech on the device. Also semi useful swipe support.

In Spain they have tried to control the price of rents, what has happened? rents have gone up even more, because controlling prices discourages many property owners from renting, causing even more a shortage of supply.
