And if you go chasing rabbits, and you know you're going to fall...

How is it possible for a US state under Democratic control for decades to outperform all other US states and even most countries in the world economically?

MS13 exists yes, I don't think anyone is saying it doesn't. You are sadly missing the point.

Here is what one of the judges involved in this case recenctly stated about this "good evidence":

Xinis noted that Abrego Garcia has no criminal convictions in the U.S. or El Salvador, and said the evidence meant to support allegations of gang affiliation ā€œconsisted of nothing more than his Chicago Bulls hat and hoodie, and a vague, uncorroborated allegation from a confidential informant claiming he belonged to MS-13’s ā€˜Western’ clique in New York — a place he has never lived.ā€

Reports are he never was a gang member and fled El Salvador originally as a teen to avoid being recruited into a gang. It is my understanding he was in US court a few years ago not because he got into trouble, but to establish his right to remain in the US ad someone with no status.

He was already cleared of gang accusations in US court a few years ago and that is why he was allowed to stay. You seem to be saying it is acceptable to contract out US democracy.

The US admitted they made an error when they sent this guy. If he truly was a gang member, why say it was an error and would they not have also presented some MS13 evidence in their multiple court hearings?

I also question whether criminals at this level are holding down full time job to support their families.
