>Eye contact is positively correlated with synchrony as well as ratings of engagement by conversation partners. However, rather than elicit synchrony, eye contact commences as synchrony peaks and predicts its immediate and subsequent decline until eye contact breaks. This relationship suggests that eye contact signals when shared attention is high.

>Furthermore, we speculate that eye contact may play a corrective role in disrupting shared attention (reducing synchrony) as needed to facilitate independent contributions to conversation.

If someone has to watch an hour long video to use something, they're not going to do it.

What about 30 two-minute videos

Hmmm I plucked off a small piece yesterday and I think you may be right that this one is "old," I am thinking because it grows in the open that it receives too much direct sunlight. It must be growing directly from the root of the oak tree beside it. I'll leave it be this year and maybe figure out a way to give it some shade 🀣

In case you were wondering, #Jupiter has a butthole.

Shameless #nip25 simping.

What do I do when this fills up more than my screen? 🫣
