Renegade, question for you.

In Canada, all beef is grass fed and when a package says โ€œgrass fedโ€ it doesnโ€™t mean anything. Itโ€™s just a marketing ploy, as that beef is still finished in a feed lot with feed, before being slaughtered.

Here, if you want to buy beef that is only grass fed, it has to labeled and sold as โ€œgrass finishedโ€.

Is it the same in the US? I only ever hear people talk about โ€œgrass fed, this and thatโ€ ?
