It should, but we need to start with a default amount
Doesn't need to be a lot I think. Scammers usually sending out thousands of attempts hoping a few idiots will take the bait. 10 sats? Maybe have a slider or toggle that jumps 10x each tick, so 100, 1000, 10000 next.
I think the minimum and the default should be different. Minimum could be zero. Default... Maybe 5 or 7.

From outside of my network (aka businesses and politicians) .5 btc.
If I’m following the business, politician, or business owner, then I would be okay with them zapping me, because I have already decided for myself that I would like to be connected to them, and what they are offering.
I would never want it to be in my threads. I would never want it to be where I am engaged in conversations and someone would have to scroll past it to join in the conversation.
Sorry, I'm in disconnect/parachute mode. Why would we want zap spammer's notificaton first place?

Personally a couple hundred sats. But if your asking to build this as a feature I'd say adjustable threshold right? 🤔 Of what do you think?
Could also be a summary of zaps and the person could say: report me once per day/week/hour month the total zaps I got in the period
21 sats minimum.
Anything less & I don't want to see it.
If it becomes too low, then I can raise it (hopefully).
