That's not what being a private or public event means.
Private events are not public events.

Any devs out there working on Bitcoin stuff that I don't follow yet? ππ
I feel incredibly lucky to be able to channel my creative energy into Bitcoin development.
The data is public (as intended) and all my posts are cryptographically signed by me and replicated across many different servers.
Love it.
I use nostr for so many different reason but the most important one to me is that on nostr, I'm not feeding the machine with my soul.
Remember digital energy?
Only with wallets that support animated QR. Soon in other Cashu wallets as well!
Wow, coming up with a good coin selection algorithm is harder than I thought, especially when fees are involved.
I'M KINDA PROUD THAT CASHU WALLETS BY OTHER DEVS ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THE ONE I WROTE
We try to operate on the assumption that a Cashu mint is fully observable by anyone and privacy shouldn't rely on whether the mint chooses to log something or not.
Only if you measure things in dollar. I don't believe that's more efficient.

This won't last long, there will be fees unfortunately. The price of anonymity.

Very good video and really well explained!
Would you mind if I add this to the "Learn" section of docs.cashu.space ? It would be an honor!

Yes, that what I wanted to do
Obligatory X-post
Wondering whether Bitcoin fees are correlated with the price.
Absolutely thrilled to finally put it out: Cashu Nutshell 0.15.0 is released with many changes. Most importantly, this update implements the new Cashu v1 protocol (while remaining backwards compatible with old wallets and mints). This update also paves the way for Ecash in multiple denominations (sats, msats, usd, ...) and for supporting multiple payment methods (Lightning, on-chain, ...).
Wit this release, we're also about to get serious: We're preparing for distributing the mint in a cluster to run it in a high-availability and hardcore-throughput setting and allow for thousands of transactions per second.
Yes. Try nutstash.app or cashu.me if you prefer PWAs.
this post was just a honeypot for me to find new npubs to follow
Never heard of that, looks interesting. Can you explain how it works/
