Biden said inflation is all your fault because you keep paying more for things.
Or they could be doing the Cashapp thing: counting all bitcoin sales as 'revenue' instead of just counting fees.
Boomer: "Bitcoin is not a dumptruck. It's a series of tubes."
Serious Question: How will bitcon's volatility interact with ETF pricing and stock market circuit breakers?
As I understand it, a stock that trades down (or up?) more than 20% is halted for the day. What will happen to bitcoin ETFs if the bitcoin price drops enough to trigger a cirtuit breaker, but doesn't rebound for a few days or weeks? What if it goes up more than 20% one day, then back down the next? Will the ETFs just not be tradable? Has this ever happened in other commodity ETFs?
I like the MessagEase Keyboard. It's much easier to use on smaller devices and can be operated one-handed. It's a little like T9, but optomised for touch screens.
Unfortunately, I have no idea if they collect data on usage. This doesn't really bother me, though. I use a real computer to do anything important.
I'm always bullshit on the price of dollars.
Can we port ordinals and inscriptions to Bitcoin Cash? Then, at least, it would be good for something.
While I'm sure they have had it ready for a while, they just got the excuse they need to try to enact it. It just showed up on the federal register today, giving us an opportunity to post public comment. It's also a great excuse to bring up FinCen an privacy in general to reps.
Proposal of Special Measure Regarding Convertible Virtual Currency Mixing, as a Class of Transactions of Primary Money Laundering Concern
FinCin respons to Lizzie Warren's hissy fit over terrorsts using Bitcoin by proposing rules that would effectively ban Bitcoin altogether. The full text of the proposed rules is available at the link below. There is also a space for comments. Please let FinCen know (politely) what you think of this and contact your representatives.
Also, here is a pretty video overview, complements of BTC Sessions, so you don't have to melt your brain trying to read legalees:
Thanks to SIM swapping attacks and phone company insiders having access, it's not even effectively verifying you.
Of course, we know the real reason they want a phone number is because they can use it to link you to everything you do on your phone.
It's not too late to protect your privacy! Little changes can make a big difference.
It's 'M@' as in Matt Groening, creator of the Simpsons. Definitely a hidden meaning, but not a conspiracy.
Hey, I heard some shitcoin was paying people to scan their eyeballs. How much do you think I could get for these?

Anyone who argues against privacy while wearing clothing has already lost the arguement in my book.
Too bad they didn't get their shitcoins, but at leat they know they're humans now.

The reason data privacy is so important is because laws and regimes change; what is considered ok today may be punishable by death tomorrow.
History is riddled with examples. Search for IBM and the holocaust if you don't believe me.
Maybe you bought too much gas, ate too much meat, used high energy money, made too dank of a meme, it could be anything.
This is not tinfoil hat stuff, this has already happened.
Inspired by nostr:npub1hu3hdctm5nkzd8gslnyedfr5ddz3z547jqcl5j88g4fame2jd08qh6h8nh note earlier and why we all need to take privacy seriously.
If anyone wants a recent example, look into the Canadian Trucker Protests. Truckers raised money to support the protest, but the government declared them terrorists and froze the bank accounts of everyone involved. Even people who only donated.
