Hahaha We don't actually eat a pound a day.
We eat a LOT of meat since that's basically all I buy.
I do buy cheese and fats. A little milk for my coffee. But most of our grocery budget goes to meat.
Lately we've been eating like crap since I've been buried in this house remodel so our food costs have actually gone up, but typically we are ~$150/week eating like medieval royalty.
I'll bite. How does one ferment dough?

Getting screwed over is never fun. Getting screwed over by people who you've gone out of your way multiple times to help when it doesn't really benefit you, that shit is a kick to the nuts.

I have worked with jute. Not exactly arts and crafts time stuff, but i made a ghillie suit with it one time.
Knowing how it feels to knit "rough" cotton makes me thing it would be abrasive over time.
Maybe find some very thin leather gloves or i bet even nitrile glove would work.
(Btw, Bad way to make a ghillie in case anyone was wondering. Instead use burlap strips and comb them out after attaching the strips to the netting on the back of the suit)
