Coffee at dawn is nice. I get to see the literal early birds rush across the sky. Even the artificial light doesn't hurt because most of them are shutting off. Tried to capture the crescent moon but the Samsung couldn't do it. The picture is nice but too fuzzy to appreciate how the sky looked. I saw stars.

thank you for all the prayers. as of now, my wife is healthy. no sign of infection. but she is in very premature labor (20 weeks) so its a painful waiting for us.

currently, my heart mind and prayers is just that she does not get infection (antiobiotic already on).

I used to row, and had pretty good cardio. At the end of those races, lungs hurt and muscles are screaming.

Then I stopped for a couple years.

Now running feels like hell and I haven’t reestablished the routine to build it up. Because starting those first few weeks is the hardest by far
