I don’t know why people find that so hard to believe, many just scoff at the idea of half a million.
Gold went up 10X in the 70s. And think of how much harder it was to buy gold then, before they even had ETFs.

I’ve also been thinking about running a node. I’m leaning towards the MyNode model 2. It’s a little pricier, but plug and play and seems really easy to set up.
I’d definitely be doing more of that if I had some land… someday.

I think switching to thinking more in terms of #SATs vs. #bitcoin will be very motivating to folks just getting in.
Obviously purely psychological, but it feels great to own millions of something rather than a tiny fraction of something.

I don’t know much about home mining, but it seems like electricity costs are too high for most folks to just plug in and be profitable right?
Have you looked into ways of generating cheaper electricity just for the purpose of mining?
It’s interesting that historically “escape valves” for high inflation, scarce assets like gold, real estate, fine art etc., were only available to the wealthy.
This will be the first inflationary period where there is a digitally scarce asset available to all.
