"We have guilt, we have fault, we are UNGOVERNABLE."
And did you know that many mushrooms are high in gallic acid?
There are claims that gallic acid combines with mercury to form a non-toxic compound that the human body can excrete.
This suggests that it is detoxifying to eat mushrooms together with tuna and other foods high in mercury contamination.
Food for thought. It would be nice to find more sources that can corroborate this claim.
The Fungi Kingdom is vastly underappreciated.
Agreed!
But it's also good not to elevate government employees to any form of exalted status. These individuals are indeed our peers who volunteered to serve us, as they say, so it's our right to say we're dissatisfied with the quality of service from our servants. It has never ever been satisfactory (it was never intended to be, was it?)
And govs stacking bitcoin, especially seized bitcoin, is indeed not a good thing.
Omnivore locavore craze is next!
Mushroom protein is vastly underappreciated, while cheap and easy to grow at home. No one has to stop eating meat though, not on my watch!
It makes sense that my first foray into mining will be with a bitaxe, just to get my feet wet, and with an eye toward bigger, better setups in the future, but it's been hard to find a bitaxe retailer that isn't currently sold out.
Do you got any leads or tips?
If that doesn't work out, sazmining services may be the thing for me. Time will tell
Speaking of 'use it or lose it' the hippocampus of the human brain shrinks a we age, but less rapidly if we exercise it.
This involves not using Google Maps or any other GPS to find your way around, except when you really need it, for somewhere you've never been to before, but remember to rely on memory to find your way back.
For proof of this claim go ahead and research the hippocampi of the drivers who work for the London Black Cab company and "The Knowledge," a test they must pass in order to qualify for working as a driver in this company.
Someone in the #Upendo #BlockParty group said we needed a playlist!

Lead is very toxic. Don't be lead.
To be led in the right direction after committing error may be a grave offense to a weak ego, but not to a confident man.
As they say, only a fool does not change his mind
Locavore lifestyle!
Also good to know! You both rock! 🤟😝👍
Ah so it has to be a Pixel device huh? It's news to me.
Thanks!
Trying to GrapheneOS, actually. It's complicated. No luck just yet.
Not giving up yet, either.

According to some folks who've told me, the correct method is to direct-deposit some of your paycheck into CashApp, and when it's big enough for a healthy-size UTXO, send it from CashApp to Strike, and then from Strike to your self-custody wallet.
Following this method, there are zero fees from either org, and CashApp apparently gives the best spread on the initial currency exchange, too. It seems to work well.
Look into it.
Hopefully this helps 😃
Hey there!
This was written a few years ago, but it is more of my thoughts on neuroplasticity, particularly as it relates to music and dementia.
You inspired me to publish this in Nostr Reads, which is my first ever long-form contribution on Nostr, so thank you very much for that motivation you gave me!
Enjoy!
This is my first ever contribution to Nostr Reads, it's about connections between music, mental health, and neuroplasticity. m(_ _)m
Roppongi night life!
But get out of Tokyo if you want to see the real Japan.
