Yeah, Jack B Nymble was always buggy. For a while, Quicksilver worked really well, but then the dev got bored and it stagnated.
The one I could never get working was Private Idaho, though it was theoretically the most feature rich of them all.

That's weird. Pretty sure we've had that on Linux for a while. Also works openvpn and still shields DNS, admittedly by blocking ipv4 but it still works.

When I hear a politician (or a Musk) say they support crypto I want to hear them mention Monero or the Lightning Network. I want to hear some knowledge, some depth. Otherwise it's just pandering to the crowd.

I would say this is relatively easy to test if you can get hold of the artefacts. So counterintuitively, this is something best bought in a bricks and mortar shop, if only we could find one that sold them.
