withdrew 12k sats from SN into Phoenix wallet.
fees to open channel were 3k sats. holy crap. it’s only intended to be a one time transaction. i’m not keeping that channel open.
why is Lightning encouraged for one-off payments at all? in cases where you don’t need a channel, Lightning is totally the wrong solution, no?
