I'm not OMAD but I eat one big meal (lunch) and just a small one in the evening. It is amazing how much more I get done when not distracted by food/hunger. Of course it only works because I'm carnivore. Animal protein holds for so much longer than other foods.

I've tried to debug this with another person. For some reason Alby isn't inserting the nostr object into NostrGram for a few people. I bet if you try a different browser it will work, though. It did for the other person.
