Lost a friend of 30 years yesterday because I put my foot down and wouldn’t let her abuse me while she was using me. She got so nasty on the way out spewing the most toxic disgusting thoughts she was harboring inside of her. She was a bottomless pit of victimhood and neediness that I put up with for too long (my fault) and after helping her immensely for many years she turned on me in a way that I shall not be forgetting. Good riddance.

Had a similar experience with running out of homemade chocolate chip cookies 😆 now that they're back... I am extra better. I could Google.... but does all chocolate have magnesium? Or at least... the real chocolate?
