Elon Musk one of the most incompetent people currently walking the earth. The only Elon Musk company that Elon Musk actually manages is fucking Twitter. And look at what he's done to that shit heap. All his other companies that are normal and turning a profit are run by other people. Putting him in charge of running government departments that impact the lives of the American people would be unprecedented catastrophe. And Ron Paul is a fucking lunatic whose economic theories are literally insane, and go against every tested economic principle. You don't see reputable economists clamoring for Ron Fucking Paul to fix the economy, and you sure as shit don't see any reputable people calling for Musk to be in charge of things that will have a real impact on the lives of Americans. Wanting to fix things and putting these two idiots in charge are not the same thing. You can want things to get better AND find sane, sober, competent people to carry it out.

i can handle people who still believe government is a begrudging neccesity in some areas. but this generation of people who view government as some sort of redeeming savior, or protecting big brother, even in light of all of human history, are a special class of historical retard.
