Okay, now it makes sense. #life

This tilted me. 😆
Always. Here are some more that can help you:
If you don't wanna see active apps on other Apple devices in a Dock:
System Settings > General > AirDrop & Handoff > Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices: Uncheck
If you prefer tabs in the app instead of separate windows:
System Settings > Desktop and Dock > Windows & Apps > Prefer tabs when opening documents: Always
If you use a mouse with a scroll wheel:
System Settings > Mouse > Natural scrolling: Unchecked
If you don't want that big pointer when you shake the mouse:
System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Shake mouse pointer to locate: Unchecked
No phone number. Everything is/in US English. Notes I look at are 99% in English as well. Only IP.
I haven't shared my nationality. But they sure have my IP. Maybe it's not war-fueling; maybe it is "just" engagement farming. Regardless, it's hideous.
Yup, it is wild. I can't be 100% sure that it is malicious intent. I highly doubt that I fit that profile; 99% of the accounts I follow and engage with are design, art, tech, and dev.
Few tips:
Install: https://rectangleapp.com/ Mac's window management is weird.
System Settings > Desktop and Dock > Minimize windows into application icon: Check
System Settings > Desktop and Dock > Show recent applications in Dock: Uncheck
I thought so initially, but it has been six months, maybe more. With speed-scrolling past that content and forcefully engaging with different content, I tried to teach Algo that I didn’t care about that, but yeah, it didn’t work.
Twitter Algo, by default, doesn’t care, indeed. But overlords do if they want to start a war. The timing perfectly aligns with politicians and media from the West pushing a story that Russia plans to start the next war on the Balkans and Russians pushing a story that the West plans to start the next war on the Balkans.
To not start a war.
I’m a Serbian visiting a Twitter from Serbia. For whoever doesn’t know, Serbs and Albanians are not keen on each other. So, In the past six months or so, I started getting more and more content out of nowhere with hate speech towards Serbia and Serbs. Content that is posted by Albanians and Austrian politicians(don’t know what their agenda is, don’t care). Twitter wants me to hate Albanians because a minority of them hate me. I have no doubts that similar content from the Serbian side is pointed at the Albanians, but I don’t get that served. Twitter shows me hateful Albanians but doesn’t show me hateful Serbs. Twitter wants me to hate Albanians.

Of course, it is.
Something wild is going on. Twitter is showing me stuff I genuinely want to see in For You.

Congratulations! No sleep. ™️
Everything will supplemented by AI in the near future and eventually replaced in the distant future. I'm curious why people constantly bring up visual design as the first one to be replaced. I think arts and humanities will be the last ones to be replaced as they are pretty subjective and expressive fields. On the other hand, logical and objective fields like programming will likely be replaced sooner.
