Sell shovels in a gold rush

Sell hashrate in a bitcoin run

I keep seeing bitcones, pls explain

Miners are lowering emissions in agriculture, building heating, oil & gas, & waste management - in some cases they're carbon negative (ie remove more carbon, below zero carbon). They're helping finance low carbon grid infrastructure too, from Africa to Texas

What is the opposite of "carbon leakage"? Ie when governments make poor decisions on Bitcoin mining due to bias/partisanship/misinformation, so miners offshore & lower the total emissions of the jurisdictions they move to... 🤔

When governments blacklist low carbon innovation & carbon negative projects because of partisan politics, they're failing their citizens

Bitcoin miners will mine. The economic & environmental benefits will just accrue in jurisdictions that do public policy right

There's got to be a better way

My understanding is they delayed launch and then Nostr got big. It's not as active. They're in a tight spot

First signs of spring!

#DogsOfNostr

BTFP = Bailout The Fucking Politicians

Neither of these appeal to me 😅

Do you have a cabin on a lake?

Is it possible for multiple people to share a Nostr account yet?

I was thinking we could start a Bitcoin weenie dog club account #[0] #[1]

Yes, let's see in eg 10 years, but rn the people are happy about the freedom from gangs they've been given. I came I skeptical wrt the approval rating, but I talked to everyone I met (Google Translate for the win)

For the majority of the population, this policing has changed their life drastically for the better. It's not good from a human rights perspective, but they are very happy with it (from everyone I spoke to); and families from abroad are finally coming back - spoke to a number of people that hadn't been back for 5, 10, 20, even 45 years!

My grandparents are the most private people I know wrt money: they get their pension cash delivered by the mailman & pay for everything (including bills) in cash.

No banks, no credit cards. Total chads in our world.
