I bought a spawn block from North Spore and then broke it up and combined with a substrate of a combination of straw and Coffee grounds that I get from a local coffee shop.

Some storm cleanup today. lost a pear tree. on the upside I should have plenty of good wood for the smoker when it's seasoned. Nothing beats a Stihl chainsaw.
