Doctors keep handing out bandaids that mask symptoms and allow the underlying imbalance (emotional or physical) to move deeper into the tissues ... Causing more symptoms... Then doctors give out more bandaids...

Replace bandaids with pharmaceuticals that have side effects, and add kickbacks from pharma to incentivize doctors to prescribe...and seems like going to a doctor is hazardous to your health.

iirc, they're just large chunks of data run through a machine learning algorithm to produce whatever results. In the case of fomostr, just "hot" posts from your feed. Nothing too special imo, but perhaps they'll be a way for users to get functionality that their client doesn't support.

Imagine being able to pay a few sats every time you need confirmation of your opinion.
