After school
This could help me to revive profiles from an old Dutch social network Hyves from the 00’s (there were more than 10 millions profiles). I made a backup application which gave the user mostly static files (stored locally) of their profile and content. Opening the index.html still works to view your content. Many have used it so those backups are still around somewhere held by users.

Had ik zeker leuk gevonden, benieuwd hoe ze het precies gaan doen. Maar ben op vakantie. Week later wel tijd om ze nog te ontmoeten mochten ze dat interessant vinden.

They know. And I don’t think any of us would have the ambition to rebuild it ourselves, but happy to support efforts in that direction! If Nostr would have been around 15 years ago we would have supported it.
Meeting the old team on the 27th, I’ll pitch the idea!
And the idea of recreating Hyves on Nostr definitely crossed my mind a couple of times;-) If anyone wants to do that I’m sure the old team will endorse it.
